I am giving Clearsky Psychiatry five stars for my interaction with them on the phone. The assistant was so helpful, kind and efficient. She sent me information right away to be put on their waitlist for the specialist needed. Even though I ended up getting an appointment elsewhere sooner I was impressed with them.
Clear Sky Psychiatry & Therapy is the most amazing office I’ve ever been to. I am always very impressed by their professionalism and individualized care. They are always on the ball—such great communicators and quick responders. I know they care about me as a person, not just another patient. Candice and Marshay will even reach out to me to make sure I am ok and getting the care I need. I highly recommend them and would give 10 stars if I could!
Brianna, was a blast to have as a therapist. Highly recommend her if somebody is having childhood drama and has dark humor lol. I will miss having her to talk to, as I move to a different state.
Original (2/5 stars) The actual healthcare professionals are great, kind, and helpful. The administrative process is not. They demand much of the healthcare information to be on file or risk loosing an appointment. They basically give you an ultimatum or risk loosing your appointment. They treat you poorly and almost justify it by arguing how there is so much demand for mental health services and that you are replaceable by another person.
