The actual healthcare professionals are great, kind, and helpful. The administrative process is not. They demand much of the healthcare information to be on file or risk loosing an appointment. They basically give you an ultimatum or risk loosing your appointment. They treat you poorly and almost justify it by arguing how there is so much demand for mental health services and that you are replaceable by another person. All of our children have benefitted (or are currently benefitting) immensely from Clear Sky's Psychiatric and Therapeutic services. We return for two clear reasons: trust and efficacy. As others have said, it is amazing how well each provider fits the personalities of those whom they treat. I've been going to Clear Sky for at least a year, and my former psychiatrist Dr Amos did leave so I was transferred to Dr Lodie Loy who honestly is the best psychiatrist I've ever had. First off, I've never had a female psychiatrist before in my life and I've been seeing doctors since I was about 17 so this was a leap of faith for me.
