The office called me to schedule an annual appointment within that same week. Then called to confirm with me 24 hours in advance. Those two instances they failed to tell me my referral was expired. This is the second time they have done this to me. They could have simply told me, "Sorry your referral has expired, can you please ask your doctor to renew it?
