I closed on my property in October 2020 to find out 9 months later that the title was never switched in my name. I paid all of my fees when I closed and not a single thing was done. I found this out after attempting to refinance and the bank told me the title was never switched to my name. Clear Skies informed me that the title was rejected multiple times from the city. The stress and frustration that you encountered during the final steps of your transaction are not acceptable. Though we were able to quickly have the deed recorded during a time when this particular county is closed is a testament to the lengths we will go through to make a wrong right.
