This experience with David has got to be the worst inspection I've ever had done on a house. This is my third home purchase and my first time using David. He missed HUGE issues that have cost me thousands after closing. He just walked around with a flashlight and played inspector to collect the paycheck. If you need anything actually inspected and need to really find potential problems buying a house; stay away. I would not recommend him to anyone.
David was able to see many things on the house I would not have and walked me through every issue. He was also patient, responsive, and punctual. The report was clear with a lot of pictures. I will update this review after we buy if issues were missed, but as of now, I am very pleased with this service.
David did an amazing job walking me thru the inspection in detail. He was patient and was even able to answer further questions after the fact.
