Tim is not just an incredible trainer, he is also amazing at figuring out the source of pain and fixing it!
I had a chronic back pain issue and Tim was able to diagnose and treat the issue. He was thoughtful about the process and explained his treatment to me in great detail. I highly recommend him.
Tim took his time to create a great workout plan. He's always available to answer any questions, that I may have.
Tim is a fantastic neuromuscular therapist and overall fitness trainer. He is very professional, personable and very in tune with what is going on within your body. I feel like a million dollars after every session. He has taught me so much about the workings of my body and has diminished my shoulder and back pain.
