I cannot say enough good things about Clear Fire & Water Damage Restoration and especially Chip. Last fall, I had an outgoing main water pipe crack, which flooded my basement and destroyed drywall. Janeth and her team (Luvi, Carlos, & Fatima) did an amazing job packing my belongings from the kitchen and dining room after a water leak. They were professional, clean, and mindfully quiet while I worked from home as they packed. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would, took before and after photos, came prepared with packing materials, tagged and labeled all boxes, and carefully wrapped my furniture. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this company. I reached out for a small water restoration project (insurance claim) at my home. After two inspections, they filed a supplemental claim with my insurance company requesting an asbestos test - for a house built less than a decade ago - which was promptly denied. Clear told me the test was a state requirement and that I'd have to pay out of pocket. They didn't give me a firm price, but the ballpark was $1,000-$1,500 on top of my insurance deductible. The ordeal of a mitigation process can be very stressful. The people at CLEAR were able to perform their tasks Making it a seamless reparation. The most outstanding feature of CLEAR is there people.
