I have used clear property management for quite a few years on different properties. Houses as well as apartments. They are great in screening tenants that will keep the property nice. They have done a great job on keeping me informed on how the property is doing and if there are any problems as well as helping me get the problems solved. It is nice going on vacation and that they can handle anything that has come up.they are excellent on keeping rent at market value.
I have six properties that Clear Property Management has managed for over five years now and I couldn’t be happier. After dealing with some not-so-great companies in the past, it’s a relief to have found a team that is responsive, professional, and no-nonsense. They offer reasonable fees without compromising on value or service and communicate very well. The customer service is consistently excellent, and they truly care about their clients. Highly recommended!
I inherited a townhome from my brother, and Clear Property Management. They answered all my questions and took care of me and my tenants like we were family. I wish I had more properties to be managed by them. I live in another town from where my property is located, and have never had to worry about going to the actual location, except when I request it.
