Sarah Carrasquillo is a piece of work. She thinks she owns the property that she is showing and is rude. If I was her I would find another career because hospitality and being courteous are the main qualities she lack. I would definitely find another real estate agency. If she is that way then everyone in that office is that way. She just made this agency miss out on future property investors. Be careful how you treat people cause you never know who they are.

Worked with this team 3x now within the past 4 years and they have went above and beyond for me. I’ve had to relocate several times due to COVID back in 2020, again two years later when my landlord decided to sell his unit and last year in 2023 when I decided to rent an apartment on my own (without roommates). Each time this team has helped me find apartments to rent within my budget that were also located in good communities. I highly recommend them whether you’re looking to buy or rent.
