Excellent company, exemplary work, fine business practices – Firstly, I must say that for ALL THREE PROJECTS we did with Clear Oak, ALL our business dealings with them have been aboveboard and honest. Beware of this UNETHICAL Company!! – Unfortunately, Clear Oak Designs is more in the business of extortion, than home remodel. Construction of our bathroom addition was completed in August of 2005. We made prompt payments per our contract throughout the proccess, and for the Final invoice in August of 2005. In June of 2006 Clear Oak sent an additional invoice for approximately $11,000 - 10 months after the work was completed! The invoice contained several change orders that were dated in February, 2006.
