I would give Clear Minds a zero if it were an option. Here's why. I booked a free (you get what you pay for) consultation on a Wednesday for the following Friday morning at 10:00 am. I received a confirmation of the consultation on the Thursday (day before appt) with Kyla Hooper. On the morning of the appointment, just over an hour before actual consult time, I receive another email claiming that she had to rebook as she was in a Summit all day. VERY short notice. Kyla’s approach is refreshing. My partner and I benefited from the first session. We’re both looking forward to the next session for a change (recently coming from traditional therapy). If you haven’t tried SFBT, I highly recommend it.
