Shady Booked on zocdoc 2 hr before the appointment. Received immediate confirm message with correct time But half hr before the appointment I received another message with the wrong time, much later in the day. I couldn't reach the office to see what was going on so I booked with a different provider. Then, the doctor called me at the originally scheduled time and I explained why I no longer needed the appointment. Next thing I know I'm hit with a 100 dollar cancelation fee.
