Disaster! I scheduled an 11:00 appointment. Was never told I needed to arrive at 10:45. Had I been told that I wouldn’t have selected that date/time. I arrived at 10:55. The receptionist checked me in (DL and Insurance) then gave me a sheet to fill out. I turned in the completed sheet at 11:02. I was then told that because I was late I could only have a shortened appointment which is not a complete appointment. I explained I was never told to be there by 10:45. The Doctor here is so kind and thorough. I feel well taken care of and safe and he is a patient teacher to the assistants who help him.
