I was give. Exceptional service at clearlake Nissan auto service. I was kept inform and was even offered a car at end of day since my vehicle was going to have to stay one more day. My service advisor Doug, went out of his way to explain the details of the service that my vehicle was going to have done so I could understand. I was very content with his mannerisms and with this estaisment.

Fantastic service, thou some associates did not exhibit professional behavior, while on the show floor. Arguments show be held in private not in front of potential buyers.
Our salesman Louis was great. However, the rest of the time I thought we were wasting our time trying to find out the price of one of the cars.
Our sales guy Matthew Craft was FANTASTIC!! He was straight forward, honest and over the top helpful! We had been to 5 or 6 other dealerships and learned more about the vehicle from him in our visit than at all the other dealerships combined!
Service department was great in getting my car prep to be checked out. They offered many other ways to satisfy my waiting. I would recommend anybody get there vehicle serviced with you guys. I'll be back myself lol
My experience with Clear Lake Nissan was very good. Everyone was professional and friendly and very helpful.
The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. My salesman was polite and courteous but I did not really deal with him as the manager took over which was fine and expected. I knew what I was willing to pay and what I wanted. The manager kept coming back to me with different options and I know from working at a Ford dealership in the finance department that is part of the normal buying process so not bothered by that. He eventually got the idea that I wasn't budging and gave me the deal I wanted so I was happy!!!
Ashley was great. Responded to my e-mails timely and answered all my questions. Claude Strickland, my salesman made the new car buying process painless. He was very thorough and got me in the vehicle I wanted without any problems.
Great service Didn't hav to waitht long for oil change, car wash and tire rotation Just took and hour at lunch time! Nice to know that u have technicians who work at noon.
