I’ve truly enjoyed my experience at Clear Lake ENT under the care of Dr Caroline Yoon. Dr. Yoon is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She explained my procedure thoroughly and ensured my well being post surgery. She’s very respectful with my time as I’m seen quickly during my appointments. Dr Yoon, Kim Hanebrink and her staff were all outstanding!
Excellent staff, always pleasant, always professional and helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable about their profession answering any questions and calming any concerns raised. This is the place to go!

The staff and Dr’s are great and always get me in. I’ve been going here for years and they know me and Ive never had an issue. The ENT is in the same office as the audiologist and they work hand in hand so if you need to be seen by the Dr they can walk you over. Works well. The staff is friendly, billing knows what to do and everything always runs smoothly.
