While the Dr was very knowledgeable and the front desk representative was very nice, the billing transparency at this practice is extremely disappointing. Before my appointment, the office ran my insurance and called to inform me that my preventive exam/X-rays wouldn't be covered because I had already hit my yearly limit. However, they completely omitted the fact that they are out-of-network with my plan. I have worn partials for 15 years. I have had several sets. This is the first time I received a set and on the 1st time putting them in they fit perfectly. No adjusting necessary. Perfectly comfortable. I never imagined that was even possible. Usually its multiple adjustments. This is amazing. I am truly grateful for this.
