they canceled an appointment that i made months ago because i didn’t answer a text at 10am. people have lives and people are busy. if I make an appointment, you keep the appointment until I cancel it. Charge me the late fee if i don’t show up, don’t go and cancel my appointment. Ridiculous practice.
We have been patients for 10 years and this year they really failed us. They messed up a root canal on my wife’s tooth and she had to go to endodontist to fix. But she went yesterday to finish the mistake the dentist made she left with a huge dark grey filling. They didn’t ask or even inform her she found it by herself after she left. Just disappointed overall
Absolutely wonderful experience. Very informative and great price. Best people in any dental office I’ve been to in 60 years!! And my bro is a dentist. Haha. He’s real good too, though.
I’m so disappointed with my last few visits. I came in beginning of year to get a root canal done. I have had issues with that tooth after the root canal was done but at the time it seemed like it was healing, fast forward a months go by and I’m now having some pain on same tooth that root canal was done on. I see the dentist and she refer’s me to endodontist where I found out the root canal wasn’t cleaned properly at the end which led to an infection.
