This place is a diamond in the rough. You wouldn't expect food of this caliber in a bar/restuarant off the beaten trail in northern Michigan. Very creative kitchen staff here ! The specials are usually very good. The Ahi Tuna appetizer is amazing and I never expected anything of that caliber the first time I walked in. It's a must stop for me when I'm in the area.

Every time we go to our cabin it's a must that we eat there at least one time on our stay! Excellent food and I love the girls, they are so friendly and they know what we drink!!!!! :)

So sad. What a terrible experience today at CLB. CLB was, until now, one of our favorite places to go Up North. Traveled again today, a long way to stop in. Just devastated now regarding the way we were treated today by your waitstaff both behind and in front of the bar for the game. If rapid turnover is what you want, good luck.
