Do not live here unless you have the lowest of standards. The office staff will ignore you, laugh in your face, and blame you for everything. Truly the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. The property is constantly having issues from broken a/c units to roach and rat infestation. Do NOT take these warnings lightly. Stay away from this place!
No maintenance No communication There are more rats than tenants Seriously, One request for fixing the light took more than 6 months and not fixed yet. How long does the accounting department or the respective department take for updating the amount on the lease? And more…. If you sign, then you are locked here.
Brendon is good and did great for the water leak in our kitchen. The other black maintenance guy is arrogant, inexperienced and doesn't address the maintenance issues properly. 5 stars for Brendon. 1 start for the rest.
Brendon did the best job fixing the water leakage from AC. The guy came after hours to help us fix it. Hope the management gives him a hike
