Very disappointed with Breeze at Clear Lake. Communication was poor, and I only learned about our denial the day before our expected move-in after repeatedly reaching out. They are now refusing to return my deposit, despite my attempts to resolve the matter. Manager Darla was rude and dismissive, and regional management failed to respond. I am now pursuing my rights regarding the deposit under Texas Property Code � 92.351. This is about the principle, transparency, and fair treatment—not just the money.
Unprofessional management, lost paperwork, and pest infestation I am extremely disappointed with my experience living at Breeze at Clear Lake and strongly urge potential renters to look elsewhere. First, the living conditions are unacceptable. The property has a serious pest issue, including both rats and roaches, which management failed to address properly during my time here.
