Moved in a month ago terrible experience. The sink has been broken since day one I’ve put in work orders in about 18 emails. They falsely completed the work order. No one has even came to look at the sink. I’ve had to do dishes in the bathtub. They charge you for valet, trash, and package parcel holding. Paying premium rent for substandard living. At Breez at Clearlake, I've dealt mold in the bathroom, ac leaking onto kitchen floor and unfinished repairs in the unit. The office offers plenty of runaround but zero accountability. If you enjoy chasing basic habitability while paying top dollar, this place delivers. I’ve been living at Breeze at Clearlake for about 5 years, which says a lot. The property is generally quiet, the location is convenient, and the apartments have a comfortable layout. What really makes a difference is the staff. Darla (property manager) does a great job keeping things running, and Tantania in the leasing office is always welcoming and helpful. I recently moved into the breeze apartments a few months ago and if I need anything regarding my apartment one of the maintenance guys named Brandon is very helpful. He’s always willing to help any way he can. He is very nice and respectful. The apartments are lucky to have him on staff. I would recommend him for any thing needed.
Ive been here a year I haven’t had any issues with my apartment. Brandon the maintenance is the go to guy, he will definitely take care of your issues with a positive vibe. All in all the property is getting better and trying its best to make changes for the better.
