Hey the rats aren't all that bad, we've been trapping them and cooking them up. Caught 5 in the pantry at once. We serve them on my taco truck, no one seems to notice.
This place is horrible. AC wasn’t working for 2 months during the summer and electricity bill was almost $300 for a 1 bedroom apartment constantly during those months( I’m pregnant to make it even better). I constantly put in work orders just for them to not fix it. When they finally did, my electric bill dropped to a little over $100. I went up to the leasing office regarding a credit being put on my account due to their incompetence to do their job. Just saw on the Houston News that these apartments have a rat infestation! Shame on the management for not addressing this! Today this post is on 10/31/2025. Dispicable management! Who owns these apts? SHAME on the owners! Mortifying. Do NOT move here!!!!!!
