Jeremiah is a rockstar! He will find EVERYTHING there is to find on a property. Normal inspectors whisk through and are done in 30mins-1hour. This guy will be there for as long as it takes 2-4hours if need be he is a bloodhound trapped in an inspectors body! If you want to be sure you are getting the best inspection possible he is your only choice. He isnt the cheapest but he is responsive, thorough, and best of yet he has the report done same day in most cases! Very impressed!
