If I could rate it 0 starts, I would. Would not recommend for anybody, even in case of emergency blood work! My fiancé & I both were charged extra by this clinic and after long calls with untrained receptionists we were told it's your insurance. Please do not go here!

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had at this clinic. Upon arrival, three staff members, including the provider, were standing at the front desk assisting a single patient with what appeared to be a pharmacy change for his medication. During this time, I stood waiting and was not acknowledged by any staff member. After several minutes, I politely said, "Hello, can someone help me?" I have been coming to this practice for behavioral health treatment, which was primarily virtual, and I generally did not have issues because my visits were mainly for medication management. Recently, however, I decided to try their primary care services, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The WORST urgent clinic. Nothing is urgent. I have been waiting TWO days for them to send my prescription in and they are incredibly rude about it. They told me I could have walking pneumonia and then never sent a prescription in. When you call to beg to expedite, they are extremely rude and hang up in your face. I’m absolutely appalled by this, I will be escalating further bc this is not a practice that acts with the patients care.. it’s actually harmful and dangerous. I strongly advise not to come here.
