Consistently negative and confusing experience. I shouldve read the review before coming here. Tried to tell me that I needed to go to the ER due to an issue that they couldnt treat. I went to the ER and they confirmed there wasnt an issue and meds would resolve. Even the ER was confused. This place just takes your money, bill your insurance by any means even if they lie and dont assist the patient. The front desk is usually rude over the phone but nice in-person. Filthy! The scale is covered in brown stuff. The step to get on exam bed is covered in dried liquid brown stuff. The bathroom reeks of urine. Stains and drops everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom doesn't even have a hook to hang your belongings. Billing is questionable. I booked an appointment for an annual which is covered by insurance but they billed me for an outpatient visit. When called to confront they said they're urgent care and don't do annuals. If that's the case then you shouldn't list it as a bookable service... read more
Terrible experience
I visited Clear Immediate Care on July 3, 2026, for my bloodwork and annual physical. My visit was very smooth, and while leaving, I was told at the front desk that I would receive an email with the doctor's note from the visit and a referral for an ultrasound procedure. As this was my first-ever doctor's visit in the United States, I patiently followed the instructions and went home.
