I don't write a lot of reviews, but Clear Image Auto Glass definitely earned this one. The dealership I work at uses them regularly, so they came highly recommended. When it came time for me to replace my own windshield, I knew exactly who I was calling, and they did not disappoint. Very Impressed. Do not waste your money with Safelite in GR. I went to Clear Image by recommendation of the BMW dealership. Did not disappoint. Great service. Awesome communication. Glass was perfectly clean, no dings, marks, smudges, windshield gasket, nothing. Looks as good as it did the day it came off the assembly line. I didn't even need to readjust my mirror.....how is this even possible :) Great attention to detail!
When my car window was broken, Safelite told me I’d have to wait a week and a half for an appointment. Thankfully, I found Clear Image Auto Glass! They got me in within 2 days, fixed the damage in just 30 minutes, and the staff was incredibly kind. Such a huge relief—highly recommend!
I have used Clear Image three times now. This last time I had the pleasure of working with Nicole. Her kindness and expertise is exemplary. She was insistent with the insurance company and made all the phone calls and emails for me which took the stress out of this cracked windshield. She was even concerned about my personal life regarding my husband who had a massive stroke and worked around all his appointments. Nicole is the shining star of this company
