First time they didn’t let me know my glass arrived broken so I made a 2 hr round trip for nothing. Now I’m back and waiting- the employees are so loud and are talking about super personal things very awkward to be stuck - now another employee is spouting off political propaganda and playing YouTube videos as they all gather around to listen and comment. I would like a place to not have such an obvious leaning- I’m unable to recommend this place to anyone but a Jan 6 insurgent
I have used Clear Vision Auto Glass a couple of times before. They are a privately owned company with the owners present. Although it is a significant operation, I could tell from my time waiting in their lobby that the owners and employees gave the personal touch of service to all of their customers, many of whom, they had long relationships with. Nicole coordinated my glass install and also an appointment with a secondary vendor for tinting. I told her that her service was Beyond Standard. Which it truly was.
Their representatives were very knowledgeable, explaining with clarity the coordination with auto insurance, their technicians and the calibration team at the Honda Dealership. The process was simple; very easy to follow. The new windshield looks like new, fresh from the Honda Assembly Plant. Thank you for such excellence of service and products, Clear Image Auto Glass.
While I was on the highway a vehicle in front of me kicked up a couple of rocks and cracked my windshield. I called Clear Image they were courteous and professional. They sent me a couple of quotes the same day. One for an OEM windshield and one for an aftermarket. The aftermarket was in my price range but I was nervous about using aftermarket parts.
