The experience I’ve had has been and is still horrible. I’ve had leaks from our roofs. We’ve had our kitchen completely flooded they do not fix anything they come to inspect or to fix. They only care about when they have big state inspections they won’t fix mailboxes that keep getting broken into and vandalized. They straight up said and stated they will not be fixing anything. They are some nice Apt .. But i dont like how the management run them.. When things are not working in your Apt it take them months to have them fix..like when my Airconditiner stop or you can say went out .. In May of 2018 they kept on giving me the run around my air was fixed and back running August.. Cause i call corpal office.I had problem with my neighbor that stay above me with 6 kids with all that stomping and running over my head .. The trash problem seems to have been dealt with by new management. However, a single mom with an infant still can not close or lock her door because the door jamb is busted. she has waited 3 months so far without their non-existent maintenance personnel. Also, there are large holes in the sheetrock, and the mgmt is violating the constitutional right of tenants by demanding they are allowed to search their apts.
I have been waiting on a washer and dryer replacement for over 7 months. There is now mold in my apartment from them halfway fixing my leaking a/C. My windows have yet to be repaired despite this problem being reported months ago. The leasing agents are unprofessional and dismissive. I am not reaching out to corporate with these matters.
