⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Clear Fork of Willow Park! The management team truly cares about the residents, their families, and their staff, and it shows in the way the community is run. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality memory care. Our family experienced poor communication, inconsistent care, and management that seemed disorganized and unwilling to work with us when concerns arose. Instead of supporting our family through a difficult time, we felt dismissed and left without answers. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I truly hope management makes meaningful changes so other families don’t have to go through what we did.
