Brian showed up the same day I called even while super busy after the Milwaukee floods. He quoted us a fair price on a new water heater but ended up being able to get the existing water heater pilot light re-lit, saving us money and headache. I would recommend Midwest Water Heater to anyone and everyone - great service and very knowledgeable.
I thought I needed my water heater replaced after the big flooding Milwaukee experienced because I could not get the pilot light relit. I called at 9:30am and they were at my house by 12:30 the same day!! He looked at my water heater and ended up getting the pilot light relit and called it a day! AT NO CHARGE. When I do need a placement I will be calling Midwest Water Heater! Thank you!

Excellent service!!! I needed my water heater replaced after it took a 23 hour bath in 5 foot flood water. Many people were affected and also in need. They were still able to squeeze me in same day. Suddenly one less problem to worry about. I can't tell you just how much I appreciated this. Would absolutely use again! Highly recommended!
