What a difference a good pool cleaning service makes. We started using C.E. Pool and Spa 3 months ago, after our current pool cleaning service company became inconsistent, and unreliable. This company is far superior to any we have used in the past. They follow their cleaning routine to the letter, we have never experienced them taking any shortcuts. If you do not want your pool to look like this, do not hire Clear Expectations. My husband and I talked to Rob Hatton, the person that services the pool and is the service manager every week in person from March 1, 2023 through June 22, 2023 to resolve this situation. We got no results. Because they did not clean our pool and maintain the equipment, we have had to spend thousands of dollars to restore the pool.
The team at Clear Expectations built our pool and now services it and we could not be happier with both. The build process was smooth, quick and we always felt that the team had our best interests in mind - not their bottom line. They collaborated with us on design, providing feedback and suggestions based on their experience which was so helpful as it was our first build.
