I took my son in due to ear blockage and we had a good experience at Clear ears Townsville. Jacinta explained everything clearly, making us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic was clean and welcoming and the procedure was performed professionally with great care. The outcome was excellent. Highly recommended.

Jacinta was great to deal with here. She was very focused on getting a good outcome for my needs and helped with additional specialist referrals. The cost was very reasonable and the free follow appointments when the first session wasn't sufficient were very much appreciated. By far the best place for ear cleaning in Townsville by a long shot.

Very helpful and great staff. I recommend this place to any miners that need help with hearing problems, get this girls to assess your ears first before going to GP because all they do is giving you antibiotics and drops, Clear Ears helps you understand what’s going on, on the inside and the best thing is! you can see your own ear drum 🥁 thanks me later

Jacinta was fantastic second time back and did an amazing job again. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Multiple times I've been to doctors and they either buggered it up or said it was clear when it wasn't. Picked up an issue I had as well and it was corrected. Highly recommend, simple, easy and pain free.
