Jacinta was incredible, the team at clear ears was incredible accommodating for our time sensitive schedule and was able to squeeze my daughter and self in at a short notice. Jacinta made us incredible welcomed and provided a calm environment, explaining all the steps, not to mention every child's favourite reward, lollies and toys.
Had appointments for all 3 of my kids, and as loud as they were, Jacinta did her job wonderfully. The kids were very comfortable and happy. She made them feel safe and warm. 110% recommend!
Excellent service, wasn't as awkward as we thought. Jacinta is fantastic, very knowledgeable and explained everything. Felt like a great 'back scratch'. So glad we went. We were shocked at what came out of my husbands ear, wow. Thanks Jacinta and Jai.

I recently had an ear wax cleaning appointment with Jacinta and I was pleased with the experience! From start to finish, everything was professional, comfortable, and efficient. I can really feel the difference Jacinta and Jye gave me helpful tips on ear care to prevent buildup in the future, which I really appreciated. I will add photos from our visit, it sup to you to look at the pictures. I find seeing what was there satisfying, it’s like a reward. Highly recommend this service.
