I can’t say enough good things about Clear Ear Medical Hearing. We purchased a Phonak hearing aid from them over two years ago, and the quality of this hearing aid is amazing. Even so, we’ve treated it pretty carelessly at times and have had to have either Jacob or Sterling repair some minor or major glitch. They have gone over and above the call of duty in supplying service, and continue to do so. You can buy online all day long but you can’t fine tune anything you buy on your own. You absolutely have to have an in person experience or you are just throwing dollars away. Trust me, I just did. The only way you leave this place is 100% happy.
Vacationing as a snowbird and my right hearing aid filter needed to be repaired. Called and they had an opening in twenty five minutes. Receptionist lead me to their store on a phone call. Upon arrival they took my hearing aid into the back. While waiting the owner came out to greet me. He and the Receptionist treated me like we have been friends forever.
