I found the service was fantastic the moment I walked in the door. Nicole was very informative by letting me know how Suzie was tracking with her appointments & how long it would be until she would see me. Suzie was very informative when detailing the results from my hearing test. It was in plain english, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated Suzie's independent advice regarding purchasing hearing aids. So I now have a greater understanding of the type of hearing aids that I need to purchase.
Very impressed withe the wonderful service Suzie provides.
