I guess I no longer have a dentist here. Was not made aware of the takeover/buyout of Clear Dental until I went past today. I have been going here for years. Office phone still says Tonya on it and can't reach anyone
Called on a Monday and was delighted they could fit my family member in on Wednesday. They told me I'd get a text or email for my paperwork, and if not, or if I didn't fill them out through that to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. I did get an appointment reminder from them. I scrolled up and I saw no link to the paperwork. For me that was no issue, I figured I would just do it at the office. Still waiting month's for someone to call me back regarding a quote for dental work. I went in to have my teeth cleaned and was told I needed a crown. I was told they would check with my insurance and let me know what was covered. My tooth has since broke and never received a call. Front desk wasn't friendly and had the personality of a wet mop! Never returns calls and when you do get ahold of someone, they act like you're disturbing them. I will take my business elsewhere.
Literally the worst experience ever. Started pulling my teeth for dentures and then half way through the ordeal they hand me my upper dentures ONLY and tell me they no longer take my insurance. Start going to another dentist only to find out that the upper dentures they made me were so poorly made that I will NEVER be able to wear them and have them function properly. My insurance will not approve another pair for years. I'm completely crushed. I can't believe how incompetent this dental office is. Unbelievable!!
