Short story: Military veteran neighbor got a roofing claim and hired this company to do the job. Clear Cut was recommended by a friend and so my neighbor was comfortable signing over the insurance check for 10k to do the job. Long story short, the work was not done (no show, no communication) and the owner refused to refund the money, and refused mediation.
