If I could give half a star I would. I tried to do everything by email. I Iooked at the pics and thought since it was a business they would show everything. Once I arrived (after an hour drive) I was greatly disappointed. I had asked for all the paperwork to be in order, it wasn't. Then the sales guy was more interested in counting my cash than showing me the cart. Once I saw the cart it was in terrible shape. None of the damage was in any picture.
