RecommendedProfessional, quick, and definitely polite.
This office did not check Benifits before the procedure for my husband. They said they were in network and checked my Benifits, but then I get a 1400$ bill. We paid almost 400$ the day of procedure, which is double then we would have paid with. Our insurance. I spoke to the dr about this, and how his staff had lied about checking our Benifits, delta dental keeps record of when offices call in, they called in the day I called about the bill. I’ve had to see Dr. Stratton on two occasions, the most recent yesterday. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Stratton is so kind, answered all my questions and gives excellent care. He talks to you throughout the procedure which is something I find comforting. I’m so glad he is there when I need him.
My procedure went well; I thought the doctor was very thorough and professional.
Wow is all I can say about Clear Creek Endodontist!! Even the shot of Novocain barely hurt. My root canal was also pain free even after the Novocain wore off. I am SO impressed with Dr. Stratton and how professional he was, how nice his assistant was, and how quickly he worked his magic. I highly recommend them!!!!
Dr Stratton does a excellent job and is very compassionate about his work I give him 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
Everyone at the office is super nice. The doctor is very knowledgeable and explains your treatment options. I would highly recommend them.
Was in so much pain and they were able to see me the same day that I called !! Super nice office and staff, my appointment was yesterday and I already feel a thousand times better than I did before I came in. The root canal was painless thank you doc !!
Everyone was very friendly. They were ready for me right when arrived. They explained the procedure so I knew exactly what would take place. The dentist was excellent. I felt like I was in good hands!
