Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I asked for an invoice, but they didn't give me one for over a week. I was wondering whether I'd get one at all. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. DO NOT Go here! It's a nice place but the Dr. is terrible. No care for their patients. I had a procedure done and ended up not correcting the defect, they tried again, still the pain came back...ended up paying $1,000 for the procedure even though I was still in excruciating pain after 2 attempts. In which they did not care at all, all they cared about was getting paid. Went to another doctor fixed it for $100 and no pain anymore.
