Absolutely horrific. Linda and Zoe are the two rudest people at the front desk. I have been going to appoints for over a year to get a bridge costing nearly $8000 Out if pockets. Those two are soooo rude, snotty, disrespectful and dread going in or dealing with Zoe on the phone. The lab they use has made errors on my bridge over 6 times. They have charged me half. Wonderful,knowledgeable, experienced staff.Warm, laid-back atmosphere and decor. The big plus is they accept new patients on Medicaid now (!!😀!) & can often do treatment the same day of your first exam. Yay! Dr. Alex is upstairs & Dr. Elliott is downstairs. They're both great with an awesome team of ladies. Way better than Comfort Dental or those other franchises. I've been going here a for a few years. The dental work is nothing extraordinary and the wait times can be extreme, but I was mostly too busy or lazy to find a "better" dentist. The last straw for me was when I decided to get some minor orthodontia work done, and the receptionists completely screwed up talking to my insurance company. I told them I'd had ortho work done before and that they might not cover anything and they came back with "Nope! Said they'd cover $1000 of the work!"
