Edit 2 years after leaving this horrible dentist: turns out they did an absolute shit job on my crown and I am now having to pay $1200 to get it replaced elsewhere because my insurance won't cover the same tooth within the same five years. I've been going to these folks for easily a decade and I've never had anything but great care, great people and my dental questions answered.
INSURANCE FRAUD!!! This place doesnt deserve a single piece of a star. Shame on you for fraudulently profiting off the most vulnerable of us on Medicaid. Those are ill gotten gains in your pocket and I will testify on that truth. He made fraudulent claims to Medicaid that I had 5 fillings and I had none. They claimed they did a top and bottom debridement on my elderly mother but they only did her bottom teeth and she came away covered in water. Disgruntled and disorganized front office staff; canceled my April appointment but I didn't know it; got me confused with other client with same first name; had DDS "do the cleaning (poor job) since you [I] came in at the wrong time;" set up appointments for dental work; they called me back to canceled them; said they would get back to me with insurance pay estimate; and NEVER called back (August) !!!
