INSURANCE FRAUD. They claimed they did a top and bottom debridement on my elderly mom but she came away covered in water and they only did her bottom teeth though the insurance claims they claimed both top and bottom. My mom said the girl seemed hung over and very unprofessional but there is such a hygienist shortage that I think they are taking anyone regardless of skill. I am incredibly grateful to be a patient of Dr. Knecht and the entire Clear Creek Dental team. Their expertise, compassion, and professionalism are evident in every interaction. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Their commitment to restoring and maintaining long-term oral health is truly outstanding. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Extremely professional in-person experience with skilled, friendly staff but no follow-up once you leave the office. Insurance auths fall through the cracks and you never hear back. You have to keep calling to make sure they actually submit the claim and to see if you get a follow-up appointment.
If service is of any importance to you, choose a different clinic. The front desk and most staff are terrible. I filled out their new patient form and left two voicemails to schedule with no returned communication. The only reason I kept trying is because my spouse was seen here. After I got the appointment, they made me redo all info submitted in their online form because the front desk “doesn’t know anything about that.” The interactions with most other office staff (dentist included) were unpleasant.
