I agree with JR, this is a great place. Maureen has helped me several times. And this is not the first time I have lived here. I lived with my Grandpa and when I was gone they made sure he was okay. When he had got sick and I needed to call the ambulance, Maureen was right there. Also @ Angie, why was your son so close to the pond. It states not to get close to it and all children under 18 must be supervised. And for the train you get used to it. I have never been beyond the little wooded area and over the hill to the train ... read more

Mary for manager Maureen is terrible! I hate talking to her, she acts like she is the supreme ruler of something! I like that they call these places efficiency apartments, my heat bill averaged 400 to keep my place at 75, Maureen blamed it on the cold weather, not the half inch gaps in all of my windows and doors!
HOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS REVIEW THIS PLACE NOT THE EMPLOYEES WHO OBVIOUSLY WANT TO HIDE THE TRUTH IS THAT OK LIBBY AND TABY? This is hilarious, clear creek staff defending themselves against actual customers? A guy that had to pay for his girlfriends overstated exit fees contacted me because I had the same problem. He ask me to help make future residents aware of what goes on there. They actually charged this guy \$100 to "throw out" a \$1500 set of speakers he had forgot in the outside storage when he moved, they didnt even ... read more

I was approched not too long ago to get on this site to give my review on Clear Creek Apts. Wow, what reviews it has. This is my review: I had lived there for 2 years, had no problems as the other reviews. Maureen was very nice, matter of fact I was late on my rent 1 month and she was so understanding. The place is kept nice and when my dishwasher stopped working, the maintenance was on top of it, which brings me to Mary the maintenance, she WORKS hard to keep everyone happy there. One of my best girlfriends asked me where some nice apartments were in north manchester. we started searching yahoo local and found this review. i was shocked to find all these. i lived here for 1 year before my mother got sick and i had to move. my stay was great. maintanance was wonderful and the manager was very understanding. id love to see all the great new improvements everyone is talking about.
