One star is for Stephanie's appearance of professionalism while tenants that it took months (over 3) to place in your home are destroying it due to neglect, letting many people (there were four cars and an RV in consistently parked in the driveway) and animals live in it unchecked by Stephanie who also *will not* allow the homeowner to see your home due to the "problems it cuases."
