We installed our system with Clear Choice a little over 3.5 months ago. Around 2 months, we did our at-home water test as instructed to ensure the system was operating properly. It’s been over a month now, and we’ve yet to hear back from them. I sent two emails with no response and called 3x. I did finally speak to Amber who said we’d have our results two weeks ago. Clear Choice installed a new reverse osmosis system in my home. I am very pleased with the system. The plumber was professional and friendly. He took his time and did a fantastic job. He made sure the system was running smoothly before he left. John, the owner, was great. He called afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the install. If you use this company, you won’t be disappointed. John is hands on and he will make sure you’re happy. Thank you John.

Our Clear Choice Water Filter System is three years old and we are extremely happy with the system. In fact, of all our home improvement projects (and there have been many… ) we enjoy our water system the most. Every glass of water, every cup of coffee, everything we cook in water tastes so much cleaner. We are thankful we no longer smell, or breathe, chemicals in the steam while we shower.
