Clear Choice Water Solutions was very easy to work with from scheduling to installation. John came out for installation and was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He did not rush through and really took the time for everything to be right and for me to understand what he was going to do. I appreciate all of their help and plan to recommend to others in the future.
They lied. The descaled never worked. We still have hard water. The filter isn’t filtering out the chlorine. They don’t answer the phone ever.
I have had my system for 3 years and absolutely love it ! I can drink the water straight out of the faucet - the taste is better than bottled water - so - it has cut my cost of buying bottled water from 2 cases a week to 1 case a month ! Amber is awesome - if I ever have to call - she takes time to talk. I live in Chatham County - where my well draws from the Haw River , the PFAS and other bad mineral count is very high in the river - but not in my well now thanks to Amber and Clear Choice. We had a manufacturing defect in our original unit and John replaced. His technician that does the yearly maintenance filters is very professional as well. Would do business with again for sure.
I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews, but I’ve had my system with Clear Choice Water Solutions for around 4 years now, and everything ranging from their service to the system getting rid of my high iron, manganese, and ph problems has been outstanding. They did ask me if I could write a review if I liked my system, when they recently came out to service it for me.
