Unlike they claim, they do not make happy customers. They did a great job selling their products and services, but what a nightmare of an installation process. They were late almost every day, a two day job (which we didn’t believe when they told us that) ended up taking 20 days, the installers were unprofessional, had a fist fight in my yard, took out windows that weren’t being replaced, didn’t even know how the windows worked so he had to come back and adjust them all, and the list goes on and on. I purchase windows for my whole home. They were installed the end of winter. Within a week I had my daughter call as one of the windows did not shut and lock as the others. They sent a man to look at and he said something needed to be replaced. My daughter called after 3 weeks ]of not hearing from them. She called the guy that sold them and all he say is he look into to this and not hear back. My husband and I ordered double hung grid windows on Jan 5,2010 it is the middle of April and we have yet to see them! we were told it would take 2-3 weeks and it has been 4 months!! they came to our home 3 weeks ago what a relief right? ummm, NO they cam with the WRONG windows, installed them and then told us they would reorder the right ones and this process should take only a week since we already had the frames, still haven't got them so now we have completely wrong windows and insulation hanging out of the bottom of our... read more
