The contractors and subcontractors were professional and competent. Communication and service was good.
They worked with me to get the exact product we wanted, and we were able to use a contractor of our choice which made things more reassuring.
Bad at keeping to schedule. Empty promises on deadlines. They lied to me on several occasions when they were going to start. I ended up canceling the contract. After giving our deposit we were told work would begin 3 weeks from that time. After those 3 weeks we were told it would be another 6-8 weeks. After that 6-8 weeks it turned into we will be there right away. Right away turned into another 3 weeks. Clear choice was hired as our insurance preferred vendors for damages from the hail last year. We’ve been waiting since April for a simple update to when our repairs would be started. Countless emails since June have gone unanswered. My husband finally called the owner, Cory, on Monday July 14, we were told supplies for the roof would be dropped off that Wednesday and he would call/text my husband the next day to confirm.
