While working with Janessa was perfect during the sale transaction unfortunately the management company has bookkeeping issues and my Seller was charged TWICE for 2 months of HOA fees when they no longer owned the property. The former owner contacted Clear Choice several times via email and as of today neither of the payments were refunded to my client. I would give them 0 stars if possible. We paid the HOA fees, they deposited it but never credited the account. Now they continue to send me late notices, I have sent numerous proof of pavements by email. I have called numerous times there is no response. They’re the worst management company.
In the three years we have been with Clear Choice Management Solutions our community has never looked better. With her solid trustworthy contractor recommendations, regular on site visibility, guidance and integrity, our board has full trust in Shari and her dedicated team. Highly recommend if you are looking for a committed and friendly property management team. Looking forward to implementing even more ideas!
