Some of the 5 stars reviews are by board members/condominiums or employees so their reviews are biased and untrue and probably a cheap effort to boost their mediocre rating. In the year we have been with Clear Choice Management Solutions our community has never looked better. With solid contractor recommendations, on site checks and knowledgeable guidance, our board has full trust in Shari and her dedicated team. I am not one to write reviews, but I though it was necessary in this instance. I have been in many complexes with HOA's, some good and some bad, BUT I have never experienced the opportunity to deal with an owner of any of these companies.
