I own a 2018 RX 350 F-SPORT. After researching for months looking for a way to take care of MY BABY without getting another mortgage I found this place on google. The customer service is AMAZING! Person who was liaising between me and the mechanic did not know what he was talking about, only just relaying the message. Got some small work on it; but did not clear the lights and tried to sell me another engine. Lastly, my back license plate was dented and my roof rack is missing a piece- the work was nowhere in that area, so how and why did this happen.
