Their inspectors are horrible at what they do. I was told that there were no repairs that were needed on my home before I purchased it. Within the first 7 months of owning my home, I had to spend $5000 on a new A/C unit because the one I had wasn't sufficient for the home, and am now waiting on having my insulation replaces, as it should have been replaced years ago!
