Jayme is the real deal. Extremely thorough, talks you through everything, and makes sure that no stone is left unturned. The Inspection Report was a DREAM with every note having a photo and comments, very easy to understand, and gives recommendations for every comment. He includes a summary at the beginning of the report of all repairs or further investigations needed, which is extremely helpful and gets straight to the point. Delightful guy, I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone.
I have used Jayme to inspect homes several times now, and he's always top-notch. Thorough, educated, and worth every penny. After his inspection is complete, he takes the time to walk you through the issues, points out which ones are major, and makes sure you understand the findings.
