DO NOT use this company! They did a shower remodel about 2-3 years ago! Shower is all jacked up! Mold everywhere, broken pieces, potential mold behind the shower from them not installing properly! I reached out in October and a woman “ Tiana “ reached back out saying how they got a new set of builder because basically the ones that did our shower weren’t “ skilled” and that she would set something up right away to get their new builders out to look at my moldly shower! We had our roof & windows replaced last year. Our window project was never completed. The trim around the windows was never added because they were running behind schedule. We were assured someone would return to finish. Despite multiple attempts to connect with customer service, we have not heard back.
I had an amazing experience with Clear Choice for my bathroom remodel! Everyone I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The team did an incredible job, and my new bathroom looks fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service!
Pathetic… they took my down payment and never got back to me. Never working with them again
I'm sure they meant well, however, much was unfinished, and "repairs" were truly cosmetic.
