Please save yourself a trip and headache going to this place. Check in person was pleasant, thanked me for my service. After checking in, I sat and waited to be called back. Upon waiting I observed who appeared to be the boss, speaking very poorly to an employee. Curse words and down right rude, unprofessional. Doctor came out to bring me back. Had an appointment in the spring. The office called to confirm the day before matching the time I had for the appointment. Drive an hour in and was told I was 1/2 hour late and they couldn’t fit me in! I had a hearing test scheduled prior to my appointment with John. I said I received a phone call the day before with this time. The girl maintained I was wrong. I asked who made the call and she said she did. My husband has been a patient here for ~2 yrs. First, we were not informed that our Dr was no longer established here. She has left the practice. We arrived ~ 5 min late for our appointment, I apologized due to my husband advanced Parkinsons Dz and use of a walker etc. The receptionist advised us to sit and someone would be with us. I asked if we could be billed for this visit (as was done in the past) because I neglected to bring our check book in the rush. She stated that if we were billed we could pay an additional $10.
