We have been waiting on installation for months now and keep getting excuses. We have paid half of the price for our bedroom window that is currently covered with cardboard. VERY unfortunate as we will have a newborn girl arriving in August. Will recommend this to absolutely no one.

Now 2022, still waiting for the window replacement to be finished. The windows they did replace don't close correctly and one won't lock. AVIOD THIS COMPANY. Windows have not held up, fogging, and parts of the frame have gaps. Additionally, I was supposed to get caps that never came AND they were installed shoddily. Company won't respond to my many contacts to have windows replaced as warranted.

I love clear choice windows & have used them in the past but have tried calling for 4 months & left a email message & no response.....no one calls back & their message box is full.....dang at least touch base with people....we will move on to another window company moving forward.
