Julie & Peter at Clear Choice Enterprises were a Godsend to our family! Our Mother passed away this past April and we held the responsibility of administering her estate from afar (Arizona), most importantly the sale of the home she left behind. There were needed repairs, decluttering, contents to donate, and a buyer to find. Julie & Peter got after it all in record time. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alicia. She answered all the questions I threw at her. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot. She was so patient with me and helped me realize the things I did and did not want in a home. I could feel how much of a passion she has for realty, which made me feel so comfortable with her and any opinions she may have had. Her knowledge helped me to feel confident when I finally found my home and wanted to move forward with it. I 1000% recommend working with Alicia.
Horrible experience. Stay away at all costs. Lied to about the property. Property was damaged before sale (water damage), wasn't allowed to see damage till the day of sale. Was told if I backed out that it would cost me my deposit. Found out they lied about that. Reason: my sale allowed a domino effect to happen for other sales they had. Sad part is I trusted the clear choice as I grew up with the owner.
