Horrible experience with megan rummel. We had a few issues that needed addressed on our inspection report. Megan brought out one of her "professionals" who stated we needed very costly repairs done. We sought out a second opinion, and they found nothing wrong. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
Worst selling experience of our lives. Our "agent" tried to scam us with the help of her "contractor." Our septic supposedly failed upon the first inspection. Which was a complete lie due to the inspector lacking intelligence. Never ran a dye test. Second one our realtor took her guy and would not let us attend. That one failed, and we almost believed it.. until we saw the fake video. We had doubts. This story goes on and on... So we got rid of megan rummel and hired a real realtor, then got threatening texts from her the da... read more

Our life is never simple, and this transaction ended up spanning several months, despite a sale in just a couple of days for over asking thanks to her excellent work. She did a great listing with truly superior pictures. But then things started to go wrong. She had to do a title search extending back over 20 years and explaining it to the settlement company when they proved unable to do it correctly. We were selling my Mother’s home, where she had lived for over 75 years! Julie was very helpful and kept us in the loop. It was only on the MLS list for one day before we had a great offer.
