Doctor Mackie is the best in the west with a first class operation!
I cannot Thank my Husband enough for finding Dr. Mackie's office! This is one of very few offices where the whole entire staff makes you feel welcomed. And makes you feel like a person! The level of professionalism is outstanding! If I could give a 100 stars I would. It is extremely rare to find an office staff that genuinely cares for their patients. Thank You again. So looking forward to my new me!
Great experience at the office. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The patient coordinator Rachel was so informative and helpful. She is very good at her job. Dr. mackie explained everything in great detail.
Today was my 6 months appt after using temporary teeth. It was so nice to finally be able to eat. I went in to see how I was healing and a quick cleaning. I saw a new tech (Valerie) who was awesome. While I have a tiny mouth she was very gentle and gave me time to breath in between. All the ladies in the office are professional, helpful, and so nice to work with. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks to talk about the next step and set of teeth.
Dr.Mackie has been my Dr for 4 years. She’s such an amazing woman. Her staff is phenomenal if you want a great experience see Dr.Mackie. She definitely takes her time with her patience’s. Her lead technician is amazing. Her front staff are always on point. My rating would be 10 stars
