I was told to never read reviews of Mental Health facilities, however this place really stepped up the game. I checked in with a new mental health diagnosis. They were incredibly strategic in their approach. When a portion of their program didn’t directly apply to my treatment plan they adapted and tailored with new resources. This facility cost nearly $30,000, and while everything seemed supportive during the stay, once my loved one was discharged the follow-up care was nonexistent. There were no resources, no guidance, and no real support for transitioning back into everyday life. When we needed basic documentation confirming completion of the program, we were left waiting with no answers.
