Dave was kind enough to visit my office for a group meditation workshop and it was a very rewarding experience for everyone. He covered an overview of meditation and mindfulness, shared some helpful and relevant anecdotes, gave a (very welcome!) guided meditation, and provided suggestions for possible next steps we could follow as a group or individually.
