I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with Cleanzone. Here are some of the issues I observed: - The cleaning was surface-level with no effort put into details. - I had to insist that they vacuum the stairs instead of just dusting them. - The shower, counters, nightstands, and dressers still had visible grime and spills. One cleaner used a dry microfiber cloth and called it “cleaning.” Mirrors, toilets, and other basic tasks were either poorly done or skipped.
